The Beast Of Tenby, also known as the Beast from the East, was the name given to a strange animal carcass that washed ashore on the Welsh Tenby beach on February 22, 2013. The beast was discovered by local resident 27-year-old Peter Bailey, who came across the creature while taking a walk with his dog.
he beast appears to be mammalian, having a thin layer of fur, bear-like claws, and a mouth filled with numerous sharp teeth. The creature also had five claws on each foot.
There are several explanations as to what the creature could be. Theories include:
- An undiscovered species (a Cryptid)
- A dead badger
