This iron and wooden hammer, also known as the London Artifact was found by local hikers in a creek bed near London, Texas. The hammer, which was partially embedded in a small limy, rock concretion, originated in a Cretaceous rock formation (100 million-years-old), thus contradicting the conventional geological timetable.
