The Nampa Doll is a clay doll discovered in Nampa, Idaho. It measures 1-1/2 inches in length and was brought up by a well drill from a depth of 300 feet. The strata at this depth is dated at about 2 million years old. This figurine was found under several different strata including 15 feet of lava basalt. Also from this depth were brought up many small clay balls. The presence of iron on the surface of the figurine indicates that it is of ancient origin and could not have been hoaxed. Many scientists who investigated the incident shortly after the discovery agreed that the figurine is authentic. This anomalous artifact clearly does not fit within the established theory of human evolution and history.
